15 Jan 10 Violent Daughter-In – Law, Perpetrator of Harassment to the In-Laws
The famous quote “Marriages are made in Heaven” is proving to be false in the modern times, in most of the matrimonial homes the Mother-In-Law, (MIL) has brought up and maintained the Family for years but with coming of the “Daughter-In-Law, (DIL) problems start arising when she wants to make her husband and in- laws her puppets to have financial control in her hands, for her personal scores and to lead a luxurious life .
The Indian Government and the whole system including the Police the Judiciary, the Lawyers, the Bureaucrats the Society And Media are supportive and equally responsible for the present situation in the country where the concept of BREAKING – FAMILIES” is accepted as “Modern Living” The 15 “UNCONSTITIONAL LAWS” promoted by the “NCW” and acknowledged by the “LAW COMMISSION” has not benefited the society in any way as the real victims do not get justice but with the increasing “MISUSE” of laws like 498A and Domestic Violent Act has lead to violence and harassment to husbands’ family leading to destruction of the “INSTITUTION OF MARRIAGE”.
The DIL comes to the matrimonial home already being programmed to hate the members of her in-laws by her “INSTIGATING” Parents. She enters the family with negative vibes. Making the “Misuse” of the “DRACONIAN” laws of 498A and Domestic Violence Act she prefers keeping her in- laws in constant fear or to come out of the marriage by extorting a hefty amount in the form of “MAINTENANCE OR ALIMONY”. In her mission of “LEGAL-TERRORISM” she does not hesitate to harass the “INNOCENT- IN-LAWS” in all possible ways-physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and above all financially. All this is done to “EXTORT” a hefty amount from the husband and in-laws when she realizes that she cannot have her desires fulfilled, she wants to get out of the marriage by extracting a huge amount so according to her the best way out is to “MISUSE” the “WOMAN PROTECTION LAWS” for “EXTORTION” by filing false cases. She is successful in most of cases as the ONE-SIDED, BIASED AND UNCONSTITIONAL” laws support her is a very common practice in the contemporary society. This is the “EMPOWERMENT” that the “NCW” has created for the “ADULTEROUS-DIL”
Why is maintenance or alimony granted to the young educated, empowered, and capable of earning DIL?
A recent survey of “AIMPF” (All India Mothers- In- Law Protection Forum) shows that an “ADULTEROUS DIL” is a liar The biggest drama of her lies can be seen in court room where the judiciary is seen accepting her lies as “GOSPEL TRUTH”, being carried away by crocodile tears and false drama.
When a “DIL” alleges false “RAPE” attacks on the male members (fathers and brothers of the husband) for vengeance is it not “LYING”? She even goes to the extent of accusing the husband of having illicit relations with his own mother. Is such humiliation not a rape of the Whole Family of the Husband”?
I read an article in the Bangalore Mirror about the nephew of our President Mrs Pratibha Patil residing in C.V.Raman Nagar in Bangalore is accused of false 498A case. My is question to Mrs Pratibha Patil, Mrs Sonia Gandhi, Mr Manmohan Singh, Mrs Girija Vyas and Mr Veerappa Moily as to what they think about such incidents? Will it be hidden under political influence or will be come out in the fore front to set a good example to show the impact of the “Misuse” of such laws by the DIL?
In the Mumbai mirror an article was published about a wife being caught red-handed by the husband in act of having illicit relations with her boyfriend. In order to save herself she accused the lover of raping her. In the court room she said that she wanted to save marriage, the lover was taken into custody after the judgment the “ADULTEROUS WIFE “ went scot-free.
An old woman of 92 years was beaten and starved by her DIL and grandson after she had written the property in their name after the death of her son.
“MISLED EMPOWERMENT TO THE DIL” by the “UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND BIASED LAWS” leads to “MISUSE” of power termed as: “LEGAL TERRORISM”. The educated and empowered DIL of today needs “ENLIGHTENMENT”. She should culminate the values of duty and responsibility and not crave only for rights.
DIL stands for “DEFUNCT INJUSTIFIED LAWS” instead of: DAUGHTER –IN- LAW.
The empowered DIL is the real arbitrator and perpetrator of violence and harassment to a whole family.
The answer this question lies on society and the Government IS THE DAUGHTER –In-LAW A DAUGHTER –OF –LAW?

my mom is 69 yrs old widow living with my brother but ever since he got married trouble has broken out within the family unfortunately all because of my sisterin-law who all so happens to be my maternal cousin.
for most part of the year my brother works abroad & my mom & she are alone to which she starts all the problems making statements like why dont you live with your daughters why dont they support you etc.. the unfortunate part of this is our husbands are not willing to do so saying why should they as they have their own parents & we both ie. my sister & my self are house wifes so where do we get the finance to do so
i would just like to know if there is someone out there who can give me advice in this regard i would appriciate it as i do not want my mom to suffer in her old age with her daughter-in- laws ill treatment
my mamu has recently died because of the harassment by his wife for 10 long years.2 times fake dowry cases and verbal and physical abuse even when he got operated. and now that bloody bitch is not sparing my nanu, his father in law for the property but my nanu wants to give all the rights to the 2 small sons whom my mamu loved very much. because of them he was living with that bitch for 10 years. but she is so happy after the death of my mamu and also is finding different way outs for getting property. her parents and family support her and are the masterminds behind 10 years harassment. she pretends to be so sad in front of outsiders and laughs when no one is there. i am feared that after mamu she will kill other members of the family also.
my life has gone for a six from the time my son married this bitch who has immotionally blaclmailed my son and got married.Before marriage my son was sooo good but now he has become completely handicap coz its hardly 3 months .After his engagment i had made things clear to this bitch about my house situation and told her to cm in our life only if she can adjust and not break my family.before marriage she and her bloody liar family agreed to see that my respect is kept by all means .People had told me that the girl was a cunning and criminal minded girl but we trusted her false tales.And now within 2 months she started playing dirty games .she started poisoning my son mind stating all false allegations against me and after hearing my bloody hizda son has beaten me black and blue without even making things clear and clarified.This has hurted me a lot.If a mother makes allegations against her daughter in law the son should call his wife and ask whether it is true or false and vice versa.Face to face clarifications.I neither like lies nor like liars in my life. i m a straight forward lady. I got a 4 maid i my house and she complained to my son that i made her stand in the kitchen from morning 8 to 5 for cooking .we are omly 4 members .A brainy person snould have thought about this statment but my idiot son without clarifying has beaten me i felt so hurted that i left my house cursing both.. wanted to keep justice infront of jamaat but my son kpt on calling me and stopped it and the very moment he fell while playng football and fractured his leg .After getting this news i couldnt react i kept rock on my heart and didnt cm to see him for few days then i couldnt control coz ramzan started so i cm After cming she refused to cook for me and starved an rozedaar aurat i cnt forget this in my life.she is mentally physically and financially torturing me .leave aside the law i wnt to ask where is god?why is he not listening to my prayers .Even they should get an handicap child so that after holding their child they should realise what u sow u reap.they want to go seperate without maintaing me my husband and my younger son what should such family do i ask the law and media. i cannot stay without my son which police or court will throw me out from his house which law says that a son should throw away his family as soon as he gets married .And leave his mother alone who has carried him in her womb for 9 months took trouble day and night and brought him up .he got money to feed his wife and her family but not her own mother . isnt it unfortunate? im such an unfortunate lady who still loves his child after such domestic voilence i n helpless i got all proofs i wnt a happy life with my son and my daughter in law whom i had considered as my daughter but unfortunately the saying came true a daughter in law cannot be a daughter.Iwnt justice can somebody stand for me/

How to solve problem of our family we daughters cannot understand? Please enlighten us.
We six sisters and two brothers and elderly parents aged 82 years and 75 years respectively. All are married. Both the sons are drunkers and they and their wives are demanding property to be on their name when parents are alive. One brother stays with his family nearby village. and younger brother his wife stays with her parents. The tortured , beating daddy and mummy. Daughter in laws are demanding money but they do not want any duties and responsibilities of the parents. They are not bringing medicine , food and cloths. Parents are stying with younger brother but he is drinking and harassing , beating them. lasttwo days back again he beat daddy so both parents came to my home yesterday. brothers are not allowign sisters to come to see parents at home since they both wants property on their own names since daddy is alive. They do nto want to provide sisters share . Can we lodge complain to police and as senior citizen who willhelp us to tackle this problem. I do nto under stand please cooperate with me.
