The Judges of courts are sitting on a” Responsible “and “Accountable “position. They have to be “unbiased “and” unprejudiced” in the court proceedings as well as in giving Judgments without any partiality after thoroughly hearing and studying the pros and cons of each case.

Since in the recent past many such laws like the “Section 498A”, ”The Domestic Violence Act “, “Section 125 CrPC”, “Child Custody” etc. are being “Misused” by the greedy and  malicious ”young wives” who on some “False Complaints” and “Concocted Allegations” on their in-laws, harass  a whole family  for their “Personal Scores” or “Monetary” Gains”.

We have surveyed many such cases where the judges are “Biased and Prejudiced” towards the “Husband and his family” and “Over-Protective and Supportive” towards “Adulterous Wives” in passing orders of “Maintenance and Alimony” even knowing that it is a False Case; the judges are reluctant to give judgments in favor of a “Husband” as he is already supposed to be guilty and criminal before being proven one. They think it is their moral and ethical duty to support even ‘Adulterous  Wives” by granting them favors, making adjournments by giving unnecessary dates to drag the case and finally giving a “Judgment” which  is not justified as it is based on the presumption  of  the “Allegations” to be true without the necessity of them being  verified. They are accepted as “Gospel Truth’ from times immemorial.

These orders are detrimental and harmful and “Injustice” to Husbands in general. There are many “Money-Oriented Wives” wives who shed crocodile tears and present concocted facts to gain favors. “JUSTICE DELAYED IS NOT ONLY JUSTICE DENIED.BUT JUSTICE DELAYED LEADS TO REVOLT BY THE INNOCENT”; as the cases get unnecessarily dragged beyond limits.

The attitude and mindsets of many “FEMENISTS and BIASED” judges and unethical “LAWYERS” has lead to many “ADULTEROUS WIVES” going SCOTFREE” by whisking a whopping amount from the ‘Husbands’ in the form of “ALIMONY or MAINTENANCE” merely on false allegations.

The Government has announced the necessity of “EVENING COURTS” or coming up of “NEW COURTS” in many States, but why is there no pressure on the existing judges and courts to perform their duties in accordance with the laws without abusing the process and according to the necessity of the particular case.”GIVING UNNECESSARY DATES IS ALSO AN ABUSE OF PROCESS” Evolving new courts and appointing new judges to “DIMINISH THE BACKLOG OF CASES” cannot be effective and materialistic unless the existing judges STOP giving “ADJOURNMENTS” on “FRIVOLOUS” grounds.

It is not only a loss to the  Government  exchequer , the ”Hard-Earned Money’ of the Litigants and citizens in general, out of which the government employees get their payments, but also a loss of the precious “COURT-TIME”, the “PRECIOUS YEARS  of the life of the “INNOCENT LITIGANTS” and difficulties faced by them in “PROSECUTION” should all be taken into consideration. The Police should immediately “STOP” registering “FALSE CASES” and the judges should “STOP DRAGGING” the cases according to their “WHIMS AND FANCIES”.

Judges should not give judgments only on their PRESET ASSUMED, AND PREFER ABLE BELIEFS” It is their “DUTY, RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY” not only to “PROTECT” the “DAUGHTER-IN-LAW” or “WIFE” but every “INNOCENT INDIVIDUAL OF THE HUSBANDS ‘FAMILY” as well is equally important and necessary as it is the “FUNDAMENTAL AND CONSTITUIONAL RIGHT” of every individual to get “JUSTICE” at the right time and the “GUILTY” should be equally punished irrespective of “GENDER”. She should not be allowed to go “SCOT-FREE” only because she is a “WOMAN”.

The judges should be “Accountable and Responsible” in accordance with their positions. There should be “AN APPRAISAL” of the judges and Police. Every 3 months their “PERFOMANCE” should be “MONITORED”. Every Government officer is a” Public Servant” and “ANSWERABLE” to the Public and the Society as a whole.

The “FEMENISTS AND BIASED” judges should be replaced by “HONEST, RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE” judges. Many a times judges are found to be’ ABUSING’ the process.’ ONE SIDED, BIASED AND PREJUDICED’ views of the judges towards the ”HUSBANDS” and their ‘FAMILIES’ needs  to undergo a drastic change as the current necessity of the ‘MATRIMONIAL’ cases show that most of the ‘ADULTEROUS WIVES’ file cases with ‘FALSE ALLEGATIONS’ of ‘HARASSMENT AND TORTURE’ under ‘SECTION 498A’ for ‘DOWRY’ and even under the ‘DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT’ CONSECUTIVELY TO ‘extort’ money from the husbands ,treating them as ‘ATM  MACHINES”. These greedy wives only desire ‘RIGHTS SANS RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES’. They are well aware that there laws to protect them which can be MISUSED’ for ‘EXTORTION’ on the pretext of ‘PROTECTION’.

THE SUPREME COURT of India has also acknowledged this truth of ‘LEGAL TERRORISM’ of which every judge should be aware. How can they ruin a person’s life, if they cannot compensate for the irreparable losses that he has suffered due to the delay in the cases and their’ BIASED AND   UNJUST ORDERS’? There should be no ‘INTERIM MAINTENANCE’ only the Final after the case is proved.

The ‘MOTHER –IN- LAW’ (HUSBAND’S MOTHER) should be given the ‘MAINTENANCE’ .She has sacrificed 30 to 40 years of her life for the upbringing of the Family. The “YOUNG, EDUCATED AND EMPOWERED  DAUGHTER-IN-LAW’ has only contributed in destroying the ‘MATRIMONOAL HOME’ with support of her family members and the ‘ONESIDED AND BIASED  LAWS”. Favors in ‘MAINTENANCE AND ALIMONY’ should not be granted only because she has the ‘LEGAL LICENCE’ of ‘MARRAIGE’, she being young and capable of earning can very well maintain herself where as the ‘OLD MOTHER- IN –LAW’ is the ‘TRUE VICTIM’. Many a times the D.I.L. hides her earnings from courts and even the judges ignore this truth.

The Judiciary is the mirror of society. It should also change according to the changing times.
