The Indian court-room is the greatest stage where the show of giving justice must go on but injustice continues for years just like the daily TV serials which continue for years. A movie or a reality show on television ends in three hours but the court room stage show is endless. The award winning actors being the criminal – minded young wives and their families who present concocted stories but with crocodile tears which are conveniently accepted by the judiciary as gospel- truth.
Is the Judiciary made up of good actors and dramatists and are the lawyers the brokers of human lives who never hesitate in dragging the cases for their fees?
Why does the Judiciary act as a donor of dates (read adjournments) to the criminal wives on flimsy grounds or frivolous reasons even though knowing very well that the cases filed by such women are false?
Is it not injustice to the innocent husband and his family?
Why do the courts believe in granting huge alimonies and maintenance to the capable and educated but adulterous young wives who only yearn for rights but refrain away from responsibilities and duties as a wife and daughter-in-law?
Does the judiciary think it a moral duty to follow the age old tradition or is it a sexual favor on their part?
