Debate on misuse of family law
Akhila Karnataka Aththeyara Rakshana Vedike (Mothers-in-laws Association) in association with the Save Indian Family Foundation and the Child Rights Initiative for Shared Parenting will observe the National Family Harmony Day by holding a debate on the misuse of IPC section 498a (cruelty against women by spouses and other family members) in Bengaluru on Thursday.

If you ask me you do not need this. There are so many better things to do. Give her time and treat her like your own daughter everything will fall into place. Do we have have so many inhibitions with our own daughter, then why with the daughter-in-law? She will be most grateful to you if give her her space to bloom and blossom. God bless !

Why are you so insecure about the daughter-in-law? There’s the entire society, the whole government machinery and everyone including likes like you to take care of the whims and fancies of the daughter-in-law, but who takes care of even the basic survival rights of the mother-in-law?
Every one just wants to pamper young women, a sad state of the society.

U r asking everthing from We ( Mother-In-laws), did you ever thaught this type of lessons to DIl as well ? Revert how did u threat your DIL?
Chinmayi it seems that you are one of the legal terrorists (Supreme Court has given this name to 498a misusers). Why the hell you have soft corner for DIL’s who ruin the life of a happy family. Is the pain of a mother or sisterless when thewe lose their son / brother. We demand that a women who drives a family to 498a and subsequently family gets aquited that women should be hanged naked in the public place.
